we have to Dry roast the sooji.
Heat the oil.
Add daal n sliced onion.
Add salt ( according to taste)
Chili powder ( according to taste)
Add 1/2 tbspn garam masala powder and cook it well.
Add roasted sooji and mix it.
Pour 2 cup of water
Add kishmish and cover it
Sooji upma is ready to eat.
